Great food, good view on the sea and the staff is very nice too. The menu has lots of different dishes but all of them and the desserts taste very good. Our favorite restaurant in Tarrafal. I can also recommend the mojito ;)
As good as it gets! I`ve been surfing Africa west to east, from Liberia to Oman, and north to south, from Maroc to S.A. and stayed in many places but Casa Strela in Tarrafal is top of the list, for sure! Great accommodation, quality waves, amazing staff and food from another planet! Can`t wait to get back, deffo!
What a gem! We arrived In tarrafal without a booking (bonkers I know) but after a long but stunning drive, we winged it. Casa Strekla came up trumps. We shred a room, the last one and it was fine. Clean, spacious and with a lovely ‘outside to the sky’ bathroom. Rooms well cleaned and often. The staff were very welcoming and just lovely. We dined there with the fixed price 3 course dinner - the best meal of our stay. And the sunsets? Unforgettable. nStay here, soak up the culture and save your dosh. £180 for two people in one room, two nights plus one dinner (cocktails and wine) and a ton of beers/drinks. Cracking value and great quality.
