The house rules for your stay at Casa Strela. The rate conditions shown during booking (refundable or non-refundable) apply in addition.
Cancellation and payment
Flexible rate (Standard Rate, refundable): fully refundable up to one day before arrival.
Non-refundable rate: if the reservation is cancelled, any pre-paid amounts are non-refundable.
Payment is by credit card during the booking; the amount charged is shown in the booking summary before you confirm.
House rules
- Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is until 12:00.
- The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
- Hotel management is not responsible for personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
- Complimentary safe deposit boxes, subject to the terms and conditions for use, are available in the rooms.
- Regardless of charge instructions, the guest acknowledges to be personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred during the stay.
